Biggar and District Daycare Expansion 50/50 Fundraiser
The Biggar and District Daycare Expansion 50/50 Fundraiser is open to the public and subject to Provincial Laws and Regulations.
Ticket Details & Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be 19+ years old to purchase a ticket.
Platform: 50/50 tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox.
Requirement: You must purchase a 50/50 ticket to win.
Sales Period: Ticket sales begin April 1st, 2026.
Deadline: Tickets will be sold until 9:00 PM on May 31, 2026, unless sold out prior.
Pricing:
- 1 ticket for $10.00
- 3 tickets for $20.00
- 10 tickets for $50.00
- 25 tickets for $100.00
Availability: A total of 25,000 tickets will be offered for sale.
The Draw
Date & Time: The draw will take place June 1st, 2026, at 11:00 am.
Location: Biggar and District Daycare, Biggar, SK.
Unforeseen Circumstances: If the draw cannot take place as scheduled, it will be held as soon as possible with approval from the SLGA.
Winner Information & Payout
Payment: Winners will be paid by cheque to the exact name recorded during the online purchase.
Processing: Payment will be issued two weeks following the draw date.
Collection: Winnings can be picked up at the Biggar and District Daycare.
Contact: Winners will be notified using the information provided at the time of purchase.
Unclaimed Prizes: Any unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year. If still unclaimed after one year, the prize will be donated to an approved SLGA charitable beneficiary.
Prize Limit: The total prize value for the draw cannot exceed $50,000.00.
Consent: By purchasing a ticket, you approve of having your name, number, and jackpot prize published.
Terms & Conditions
Receipts: Please keep your receipt. In the event of a disagreement, precedence will be given to the original receipt issued.
Refunds: There will be no refunds.
Proceeds: All proceeds will go to support the Biggar and District Daycare Expansion project.
Eligibility: Biggar and District Daycare board members, staff, and those involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are eligible to purchase tickets.
