Balfour Harrop Rescue Society 50/50 Raffle Rules of Play:

1. Players must be 19 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit for purchase.

2. Players must be in British Columbia at the time of purchase.

3. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 ticket for $10

4. There is a total of 333 tickets available for each 50/50 draw.

5. Ticket sales will end at midnight on the day prior to each draw. The draw dates listed below:

• Draw #1 - Jan 1 at 5pm - Sales end Dec 31, 2025 at midnight
• Draw #2 - Feb 1 at 5pm - Sales end Jan 31, 2026 at midnight
• Draw #3 - Mar 1 at 5pm - Sales end Feb 28, 2026 at midnight
• Draw #4 - Apr 1 at 5pm - Sales end March 31, 2026 at midnight
• Draw #5 - May 1 at 5pm - Sales end April 30, 2026 at midnight
• Draw #6 - Jun 1 at 5pm - Sales end May 31, 2026 at midnight

6. All draws will be done at 308 Beggs Road, Nelson BC and announced on our social media platform.

7. The winner(s) will receive:

• 50% of the total prize.

8. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

9. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

10. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

11. Winners have 12 months to claim the prize. An unclaimed prize will be donated back to the Balfour Harrop Rescue Society.
