ART INCOGNITO 50/50 RAFFLE RULES
This raffle is conducted by The Beaumont Studios Artist Society in support of its annual Art Incognitoanonymous art fundraiser.
Ticket sales will be conducted using a registered Electronic Raffle System supplier, Rafflebox.
Tickets will be sold at the following prices:
- 1 for $10
- 3 for $25
- 10 for $50
Ticket sales will begin on March 19, 2026, provided the gaming event licence has been issued, and will close on April 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Under BC rules, raffle tickets may not be sold until the licence has been issued.
Tickets may be sold online and in person. BC rules permit simultaneous in-person and online ERS sales for the same raffle.
Purchasers must be physically located in British Columbia at the time of purchase.
As this is intended to be a Class B raffle, purchasers may include minors in accordance with BC Class B rules. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or trustee.
The draw will take place at 326 West 5th Ave, Vancouver, BC on April 24, 2026 at 10:00 Pacific Time.
The winner will receive a cash prize equal to 50% of total ticket sales, to a maximum prize of $3,250. The remaining 50% of ticket sales will be retained by The Beaumont Studios Artist Society in accordance with the applicable gaming licence.
All ticket numbers will be issued electronically by Rafflebox. A physical ticket will not be mailed to purchasers.
The winning ticket will be selected by random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle System random number generator.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number and email address provided at the time of purchase.
The winner has 30 days from the draw date to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, a new draw may be conducted from the remaining eligible entries, in accordance with the terms of the licence and applicable BC rules.
By purchasing a ticket, entrants consent to the publication of their name as the winner. BC ticket requirements also require the statement: “Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee.”
This raffle will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the applicable BC gaming event licence and the BC Licensed Charitable Gaming Rules. If these rules conflict with BC requirements, the BC requirements prevail.
