1. Raffle Overview
This raffle consists of one (1) random draw for one (1) grand prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of total gross ticket sales. Participants may purchase one or more raffle tickets for a chance to win.
The raffle opens on June 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and closes on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All eligible tickets purchased before the closing time will be included in the draw.
At the time of entry, the Raffle is open to real persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, physically located in Ontario, Canada, and able to provide valid government-issued identification upon request. The Raffle is void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
No employee, Board of Director, officer, or member engaged by the Charity, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough, or Rafflebox Technologies Inc. may participate in the Raffle or receive a Raffle prize. Immediate family members of the persons identified above living in the same household (i.e., spouse and children) are also not eligible to participate in the Raffle or receive a Raffle prize.
2. Prize Description and Total Value
One (1) Grand Prize shall be awarded.
The winner shall receive fifty percent (50%) of total gross raffle ticket sales.
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of proceeds shall be retained by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough and used for approved charitable purposes in accordance with licensing requirements.
The total prize amount shall be determined after ticket sales close and prior to the draw.
The prize shall be awarded in Canadian dollars by cheque or electronic transfer, as determined by the Charity.
3. Raffle Tickets
Each ticket is $10 CAD.
Tickets can be purchased in bundle options as follows:
1 Ticket for $10
10 Tickets for $25
50 Tickets for $50
200 Tickets for $100
There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Each ticket purchased will contain a unique ticket number assigned through the Rafflebox Technologies Inc. electronic raffle platform.
4. Method for Determining the Winner
One (1) winner will be determined by a random draw using the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG) provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc.

The winning ticket number may be posted on the Charity website and social media platforms.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw to win.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Claiming
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
The winner must claim the prize within six (6) months of the draw date.

Proof of identity and confirmation of the winning ticket shall be required before the release of the prize.
6. Unclaimed Prize
Any prize not claimed following a draw shall be secured and held in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw.
If the prize remains unclaimed at the end of the six-month period, the prize, or an amount equal to its fair market value, shall be donated to a beneficiary approved by AGCO.
7. Media Release
Each Raffle winner agrees that acceptance of a prize grants the Charity the right to print, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, voice, and likeness in any form of media for promotional purposes, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Rules of Play.
By participating, participants consent to having their name and winning ticket number published should they become a winner.
This raffle shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable AGCO policies, standards, and licensing requirements.
The Charity reserves the right to amend these Rules of Play where required for regulatory or operational purposes.
