Rules of Play
1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
3. The hand-held option to purchase lottery tickets may be available at the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent (36 Memory Lane, Chatham ON) from 8:30am-4:30pm on Monday-Friday between the dates of March 24, 2026, and June 4, 2026, and on June 5, 2026, from 8:30am-12pm.
4. The lottery dates below will occur in the Province of Ontario.
June 5, 2026
5. Tickets are 5 for $5, 30 for $20, 100 for $50, and 200 for $75.
6. After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers and/or their prize ticket numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
7. The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from lottery numbers sold for the draw.
8. Winner will receive 50% of the total raffle pot.
9. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased.
10. The draw will be done at Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent’s office at 36 Memory Lane in Chatham at 1pm and the winning number will be updated in real time on the lottery landing page, and on Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent’s social media pages soon after.
11. Winners may claim their prizes by contacting Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent at 519-352-1043. Winners will be paid by cheque for the amount posted on the lottery website for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies.
12. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
13. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
14. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50 per cent of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
15. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to THE ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF CHATHAM-KENT, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
16. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
a. Residents outside of Ontario
b. Anyone under the age of 18
