House Rules for 50/50 Raffle

(a) Exact location of draw: The parking lot of Mishoo’s Take Out, 1 West Pennant Road, Sambro, NS. The general public can watch in person or via Facebook Live.

(b) Rafflebox will provide the names of the entrants from the online lottery and electronically administer the draw on our behalf through their winning ticket generator which we will run live in person at the location listed in item (a) above.

(c) There are no restrictions regarding members of the organization purchasing tickets. Draw is open to residents of Nova Scotia aged 19 and above.

(d) There will be one draw only for half the take. Example, if $1,000 worth of tickets were sold, the prize to the winner would be $500.

(e) The prize is a cash prize only.

(f) If the winner cannot be located within 90 days, a second draw will take place with the remaining entrants names using the remaining tickets.
