Rotary Club of Nisku - Leduc ( The Licensee) Rules

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and the purchase must occur in Alberta. Any employee or contractor of the ERS provider Rafflebox are not permitted to buy tickets for a raffle that they are administering.

No persons are prohibited from purchasing ticket(s) other than those with the restrictions outlined in the previous point.

By purchasing ticket(s) the purchaser consents to having their name and the winning number and the prize amount published.

Tickets will be available for sale as follows:

Regular ticket 1 for $5 (Series A)

Discount #1 4 for $10 (Series B)

Discount #2 16 for $20 (Series C)

Discount #3 50 for $50 (Series D)

Discount #4 150 for $100 (Series E)

TOTAL NUMBER OF TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR SALE IS 404,600.

PRIZE DRAWS Bonus #1 VIP Family Package on June 30. 2026, Bonus #2 VIP Grey Cup Package on August 31, 2026, Bonus #3 Two year lease of a 2025 or 2026 Ram Sport on October 31, 2026 and the 50/50 draw on November 7, 2026. Draws will be held at 9:00 MDT on the dates specified and draws will be held at #7 12122 68 Street NW Edmonton, AB. The draw will be done by electronic draw using a random number generator.

If more than one name is written on a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the winning ticket. Neither the licensee nor the AGLC is responsible for any dispute among the individuals whose names are written on the winning ticket.

The winning ticket draw will be done by an electronic draw using a random number generator on the registered ERS platform provided by the approved gaming supplier, Rafflebox Technologies Inc.

The winning ticket number will be announced at the draw site and will be posted online as indicated on the ticket.

The winner will be notified by phone as soon as practical after the draw has been completed.

The prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners have 90 days from the draw date to claim the prize.

in the event of a power, equipment or a technological failure all ticket sales will be stopped and will not be resumed until it is determined by the raffle chairperson that is appropriate to do so. If ticket sales are not resumed a draw of the winning number for all tickets sold will be done as soon as practical and the winner notified by phone.

A ticket purchaser may cancel ticket(s) and request a refund by texting 780-934-8493 and the licensee will cancel and refund the ticket(s) as soon as the request has been received and validated. No requests to cancel ticket(s) for a refund will be honored if the request is received after the draw has been completed.
