Provincial Lottery Rules of Play
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and live in the Province of Ontario to purchase a ticket and claim a prize, use of major credit card or VISA debit card is needed to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
• Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox and we reserve the right to make in person ticket sales available at special events.
• Tickets are 5 tickets for $10.00, 60 tickets for $20.00 and 200 tickets for $40.00
• After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers, a receipt with their registered numbers from the electronic raffle system (Rafflebox). No specific numbers can be given as they are issued in sequence of order.
• Early Bird prizes of 200 additional tickets valued at $40 will be drawn on June 20, 2026 and July 18, 2026.
• The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the draw.
• The WAMBO 50/50 draw will be held in the Province of Ontario at the Wallaceburg Antique Motor and Boat Outing, August 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
• Ticket sales will end on August 9, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
• The winning number will be updated on the lottery landing page and on the Wallaceburg and District Council for the Arts website/social media page.
• Winners may claim their prize by contacting the Wallaceburg and District Council for the Arts at 519-359-2255. Winners will be paid by cheque. Winners must have the original ticket and no copies.
• The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
• The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet and allow WDCA to use purchasers name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
• Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50 percent of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
• In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
