1. The Raffle is open to all persons who are located in the Province of Alberta when purchasing tickets online and are 18 years of age or older. The name of a minor must not be used to purchase a ticket and only one name per ticket.
2. All Members of the Red Deer Mountain Bike Association including Board Members, Committee members and their families, may purchase tickets.
3. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
1. 1 ticket for $10, Total number of tickets available: 325
2. 5 tickets for $40, Total number of tickets available 1200
4. Ticket sales will end on July 15, 2026 at 12:01 pm (MDT) with the draw taking place in Red Deer, Alberta at 7:00 pm (MDT) on July 15, 2026. Draw is open to the public.
5. All tickets will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
6. Tickets will be drawn for 1 prize a MARIN Rift Zone 2 Bike Size Medium.
7. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox) Random Number Generator (RNG).
8. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final.
9. All prizes are nontransferable.
10. Winners will be announced on July 17, 2026 following the draw. Winners do not need to present to claim their prize. Draw results will appear on the main raffle page on the Rafflebox Website
11. The winner will have 60 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. The prize must be picked up within Red Deer and will not be shipped. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize will be considered donated to Red Deer Mountain Bike Association.
12. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
13. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket, that prize will be awarded to the first individual named on the ticket (left to right). Neither the Red Deer Mountain Bike Association nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket.
14. The Red Deer Mountain Bike Association and AGLC are not responsible for any illness, injury, damages or loss of property associated with the prizes.
15. In the unexpected event of a power failure or other technical difficulty in conducting an electronic draw on the specified draw date and time, the draw will be postponed, and will take place once technical issues or power has been restored.
