Raffle Description
Muskoka Arts & Crafts is a not for profit organization that was founding in 1963.
Thank you for supporting the Muskoka Arts & Crafts raffle. Your ticket purchase helps
fund free arts programming for seniors and youth across our community, while also
supporting exhibition partnerships with local not-for-profits that amplify diverse and
underrepresented voices in Muskoka. We’re grateful for your support in keeping arts
and culture thriving in our region.
Raffle Rules
Muskoka Arts & Crafts 50/50 Cash Raffle – Official Rules

Muskoka Arts & Crafts is pleased to present our 50/50 Cash Raffle in support of
community arts programming.
1. The Muskoka Arts & Crafts 50/50 Cash Raffle is open to the public and
conducted in accordance with all applicable Provincial laws and regulations,
including those set by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
2. A valid raffle ticket must be purchased to be eligible to win.
3. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Ontario at the time of
purchase. Online purchases must be made using a valid credit card or Visa Debit
with an Ontario billing address.
4. Tickets will be available for purchase online through the Rafflebox platform and
may also be sold in person at approved Muskoka Arts & Crafts locations and
events.
5. Ticket pricing is as follows:
• 1 Ticket — $10
• 5 Tickets — $20
• 20 Tickets — $50
• BEST VALUE
• 50 Tickets — $100 VIP Bundle
6. The draw will be publicly communicated and conducted electronically via
Rafflebox in a secure and auditable manner.
7. If a scheduled draw cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be
rescheduled as soon as possible with appropriate approvals from the AGCO.
8. Ticket sales will close Sunday July 19th at 4pm and publicly announced by
Muskoka Arts & Crafts.
9. The winning ticket number will be selected using a certified random number
generator.
10. The winner will receive 50% of the total jackpot value. The remaining 50% will
support Muskoka Arts & Crafts programming and operations minus admin fees.
11. Winners will be announced via Muskoka Arts & Crafts communication channels,
including social media, and will be contacted directly using the information
provided at the time of ticket purchase.
12. The prize payment will be issued by cheque in the name indicated on the winning
ticket.
13. The winner will be required to present valid government-issued photo
identification to claim their prize.
14. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. Prizes not claimed
within six (6) months of the draw date will be handled in accordance with AGCO
regulations.
15. By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness
for promotional purposes related to the raffle without additional compensation.
16. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
17. In the event of any dispute, Muskoka Arts & Crafts’ records and the original ticket
receipt will be deemed correct and final.
18. Proceeds from the raffle will directly support Muskoka Arts & Crafts’ mission to
deliver accessible arts programming for seniors and youth, and to foster
community partnerships that elevate diverse and underrepresented voices
across Muskoka.
