1. Players must reside in Ontario, 18 years or older, and use cash, major credit card, or Visa

Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario Address.

2. Tickets will be available online and in venue and sold at a rate of:

• 1 FOR $5.00

• 4 FOR $10.00

• 10 FOR $15.00

• 20 FOR $20.00

• 50 FOR $40.00

3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale until the end of the second

intermission when we close sales and draw the winner.

4. The winner will be announced during the third period.

5. The winner will receive 50% of total sales for the draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle

Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and

family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.

8. No refunds will be offered.

9. The winner will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.

10. If the winner is not at the venue and purchased tickets online, we will contact the winner with

the contact information they provided us with. The winner will pick up their prize at our office

located on 2-198 Cushman Road, St. Catharines, ON L2M 6T3 or we will deliver the prize to the

winner.

11. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the

draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning

stub will kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has

elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming

Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
