HOUSE RULES HALIFAX HAWKS 50/50

1. The 50/50 is open to the public and subject to Provincial Laws and Regulations.

2. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. The 50/50 Tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox.

4. You must purchase a 50/50 ticket to qualify to win.

5. The draws will take place at 10:00am at Centennial Arena – 27 Vimy Avenue Halifax, NS B3M 1G5. The draw will take place using the approved & certified Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG)

6. Ticket prices: 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 20 for $20 or 100 for $50.

7. AII participants will have their name and phone number recorded online.

8. Winners will be contacted using the information they provide at the time they purchased the ticket.

9. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Prize Winner. Winnings unclaimed after 90 days will be placed in a special draw from the original ballots and a new winner declared.

10. By buying a ticket, you agree to have your name, ticket number and Jackpot Prize published.

11. Please keep your receipt - In the event of a disagreement in the Draw, precedence will be given to the original receipt issued.

12. No Refunds.
