•    25 for $20

*There is a minimum total purchase of $10.00 per transaction which can be used to purchase tickets on the current and/or future draws.

•    Purchasers must be a resident of New Brunswick and be 19 years of age or older to participate. Purchases must be made with a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have a New Brunswick address.

•    You register and purchase your tickets ONLINE at www.gmh5050.com , by providing your name, address, phone number and email address. Players will be assigned a unique TICKET/PLAYER/ACCOUNT NUMBER. You can then purchase tickets.

•    You can also purchase tickets in person at the Friends of The Moncton Hospital lobby office, 135 MacBeath Avenue, Moncton, NB, E1C 6Z8. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm AND at the gift shop at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre 330 Université Ave, Moncton, NB E1C 2Z3.

•    There is a minimum total purchase of $10.00 per transaction which can be used to purchase tickets on the current and/or future draws.

•    Email addresses can only be associated with ONE Player. (You cannot use the same email address for different players).

•    You must be registered to play and will remain in the draw every week until you deactivate your account online, or we are advised to deactivate your account. 

•    Player numbers will be deactivated and removed after one year of inactivity. Once deactivated, the player number can never be reactivated. Customers must then re-register as a new player if they wish to purchase tickets after their player number has been deactivated.

•    Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation Inc. and CHU Dumont Foundation Staff, Board members and family members who reside at the same address are not eligible to participate in the draw.

AT THE START OF EACH WEEKLY DRAW, ONE TICKET WITH YOUR TICKET NUMBER ON IT WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE DRAW. 

•    On draw day, a ticket is chosen using a random number generator designed and built by Rafflebox Technologies and it is identified via the 50/50 Goldrush automated software if that ticket number was purchased that week. 

•    If it was purchased during the relevant play period, the player associated with that ticket would be a WINNER and collect one-half of the Goldrush Jackpot. 

•    If it was NOT purchased, then the player associated with that ticket would be a NON-WINNER, collect zero dollars and the entire Goldrush Jackpot would roll over to the next week. 

•    The process then repeats itself the following week. 

•    Players DO NOT have to be at home at the time of the draw to win. We will continue to reach out to connect with the winners (up to 90 days from the draw date). If the winning ticket holder is unable to be located, the prize will be forfeited, and monies retained by Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation Inc. and CHU Dumont Foundation.

•    The purchase of 3/$5.00 activates the ticket already in play and activates two additional tickets for a total of three chances to win on that draw; and a 10/$10.00 purchase activates the ticket in play and activates an additional nine tickets for a total of ten chances to win on that draw. (Same for 25/$20, etc.)

•    The “- #” after each ticket number on the player's ticket indicates the individual number of active tickets for that draw. 

•    There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased. 

•    It is the Player's responsibility to keep their contact information current.  YOUR TICKET NUMBER REMAINS IN EVERY DRAW UNTIL WE ARE ADVISED TO REMOVE IT OR IT IS DEACTIVATED BY THE PLAYER THROUGH THE www.gmh5050.com WEBSITE.

WHEN IS THE DRAW? 

•    Every week on draw day (*Thursday), the draw will automatically shut down ticket sales at 1:00pm. It then self-audits every ticket to ensure there is a minimum of one ticket in the draw for each registered active player; that any additional tickets purchased for that draw are in the draw; and payment for any purchased tickets has been processed.

•    *If draw date falls on a statutory holiday, the draw will occur the following business day.

•    By playing you consent to having your name, winning number, and community published.

•    The winner will be contacted by phone and the name of the winner or non-winner will be sent via email to our players and posted on our Rafflebox webpage and periodically on our social media channels. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY NAME OR CONTACT INFORMATION OR WITHDRAW FROM THE DRAW?  

•    It is the player's responsibility to keep their contact information current.

•    You can update your account information through your online account or Friends Foundation at 506-857-5488 to change your name, contact information or to have your draw number suspended indefinitely; otherwise, your number will be registered and in play indefinitely.

•    L’inscription au tirage et l’achat de billets se font EN LIGNE à www.gmh5050.com; l’acheteur doit fournir ses nom, adresse, numéro de téléphone et adresse courriel. Les joueurs se verront attribuer un numéro unique de TICKET/PLAYER/ACCOUNT. Vous pourrez alors acheter des billets.
•    Vous pouvez également acheter des billets en personne au bureau d'accueil des Amis de l'Hôpital de Moncton, 135, avenue MacBeath, Moncton, NB, E1C 6Z8. Ouvert du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h. et à la boutique de cadeaux du Centre hospitalier universitaire Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont, 330, avenue Université, Moncton, NB E1C 2Z3.
•    L’achat minimum total est de 10,00 $ par transaction; ce montant peut être utilisé pour l’achat de billets pour les tirages actuels ou futurs.
•    Chaque adresse courriel ne peut être utilisée que par UN joueur. (Il est impossible d’utiliser une même adresse courriel pour différents joueurs.)
•    Pour participer au tirage, il faut y être inscrit. L’inscription demeure valide chaque semaine jusqu’à ce que le compte en ligne soit désactivé ou jusqu’à réception d’une demande de désactivation de compte. 
•    Les numéros de joueur seront désactivés et supprimés après un an d'inactivité. Une fois désactivé, le numéro de joueur ne pourra plus jamais être réactivé. Les clients devront alors s'inscrire à nouveau en tant que nouveau joueur s'ils souhaitent acheter des billets après la désactivation de leur numéro de joueur.
•    Les membres du personnel et du conseil d’administration de la Fondation des Amis de L’Hôpital de Moncton et de la Fondation du CHU Dumont ainsi que les membres de leur famille qui résident à la même adresse ne sont pas admissibles au tirage.

AU DÉBUT DE CHAQUE TIRAGE HEBDOMADAIRE, UN BILLET PORTANT VOTRE NUMÉRO DE BILLET SERA INSCRIT AU TIRAGE. 
•    Le jour du tirage, un billet est choisi à l’aide d’un générateur de nombres aléatoires conçu et créé par Rafflebox Technologies. Le logiciel automatisé du tirage 50-50 Goldrush détermine si ce numéro de billet a été acheté cette semaine-là. 
•    S’il a été acheté pendant la période de jeu pertinente, le joueur associé à ce billet est un GAGNANT : il reçoit la moitié du gros lot Goldrush. 
•    Si le billet n’a PAS été acheté, le joueur associé à ce billet est une personne NON GAGNANTE. Cette dernière ne reçoit aucun montant et la totalité du gros lot Goldrush est reportée à la semaine suivante. 
•    Le processus se répète ensuite la semaine suivante. 
•    Les joueurs N’ONT PAS à être à la maison au moment du tirage pour gagner. Nous continuerons à communiquer avec les gagnants (jusqu’à 90 jours après la date du tirage). Si le détenteur du billet gagnant ne peut être localisé, le prix sera annulé et les fonds seront conservés par la Fondation « Friends of The Moncton Hospital » Inc. et la Fondation du CHU Dumont.
•    Un achat de 3 billets pour 5,00 $ active le billet déjà en jeu ainsi que 2 billets supplémentaires, ce qui donne au total 3 chances de gagner pour ce tirage; un achat de 10 billets pour 10,00 $ active le billet en jeu ainsi que 9 billets supplémentaires, ce qui donne au total 10 chances de gagner pour ce tirage. (Le calcul des chances de gagner se fait de la même façon pour l’achat de 25 billets pour 20,00 $ et ainsi de suite.)
•    Le « - no » qui figure après chaque numéro de billet sur le billet du joueur indique le nombre de billets actifs pour le tirage en question. 
•    Il n’y a aucune limite quant au nombre de billets pouvant être achetés. 
•    Le joueur a pour responsabilité de garder ses coordonnées à jour. LE NUMÉRO DE BILLET DU JOUEUR DEMEURE ACTIF POUR CHAQUE TIRAGE JUSQU’À CE QUE NOUS RECEVIONS UNE DEMANDE DE SUPPRESSION DU NUMÉRO OU QU’IL SOIT DÉSACTIVÉ PAR LE JOUEUR SUR LE SITE www.gmh5050.com.

QUAND A LIEU LE TIRAGE? 
•    Chaque semaine, le jour du tirage (*jeudi), le système suspend automatiquement la vente de tickets à 13 h. Il procède ensuite à une vérification automatique de chaque ticket afin de s'assurer : qu'il y a au moins un ticket dans le tirage pour chaque joueur actif inscrit ; que tous les tickets supplémentaires achetés pour ce tirage y figurent bien ; et que le paiement de tous les tickets achetés a bien été traité.
•    *Si la date du tirage tombe un jour férié, le tirage aura lieu le lendemain.
•    Lorsque vous jouez, vous consentez à ce que votre nom, votre numéro gagnant et votre localité soient publiés.
•    La personne gagnante sera contactée par téléphone, et le nom de la personne gagnante ou de la personne non gagnante sera envoyé par courriel à nos joueurs et affiché sur notre page web Rafflebox et périodiquement sur nos canaux de médias sociaux.

COMMENT PUIS-JE CHANGER MON NOM OU MES COORDONNÉES OU ME RETIRER DU TIRAGE?  
•    Le joueur a pour responsabilité de tenir ses coordonnées à jour.
•    Vous pouvez mettre vos renseignements à jour dans votre compte en ligne ou communiquer avec la Fondation des Amis au 506-857-5488 pour changer votre nom et vos coordonnées ou faire suspendre votre numéro de tirage indéfiniment, faute de quoi votre numéro sera actif et en jeu indéfiniment.
