DEK FOUNDATION 50/50 RAFFLE

RULES OF PLAY

1. Eligibility:

Participants must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and purchase tickets using a

major credit card or debit card. All credit cards used must have an Ontario address. Out-of-province individuals visiting Ontario are eligible to purchase providing the purchase is made in

Ontario.

2. Ticket Sales:

Tickets will be available for purchase online. DEK Foundation reserves the right to offer in-person ticket sales at special events.

3. Ticket Pricing:

o 2 for $5

o 5 for $10

o 30 for $20

o 150 for $50

o 300 for $75

4. Draw Dates:

4 Back-to-Back Draws will take place at DEK Foundation’s business address at 7:00 PM EST

on the following dates:

o May 31st

o July 31st

o September 30th

o December 18th

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen using a random-number generator. The winner will be contacted by

phone or email.

6. Publication of Results:

Draw results will be posted on the DEK Foundation Website and the DEK Facebook Page.

7. Use of Winner’s Information:

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser consents to DEK Foundation’s use of their name and

image, without compensation, for promotional purposes related to this or any future raffle.

8. Prize Claim Period:

The holder of the winning ticket has six (6) months from the date of the draw to claim their

prize.

9. Restrictions:

No tickets can be purchased by any of the DEK Foundation Board members or by any

person assigned/involved in the picking of the winning ticket.

10.Unclaimed Prizes:

If no winner comes forward, the winning ticket stub will be securely stored for six (6) months.

After this period, the prize will be donated to DEK Foundation, with approval from the Alcohol

and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
