Raffle Rules 50/50

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit

card or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online, and we reserve the right to offer in-person ticket sales at

special events.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5, 5 for $20, 15 for $50, 35 for $100

4) Draws will take place on March 27, April 24, May 29, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25,

October 30, November 27, December 25, January 29 (2027), February 26 (2027), March 26 (2027)

5) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by

phone or email.

6) Draw results will be announced on Facebook/Instagram Live (FB @countystagecompany/ IG

@countystage)

7) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow County Stage Company to use purchaser’s name and

image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

8) The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their

ticket was purchased for.

9) Any prizes which are not claimed will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6)

months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the

prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be forfeited and donated to the

County Stage Company with approval from the AGCO.

10) Since there are no break open tickets and the draw is chosen via Random Number Generator

provided by Rafflebox, the general public, staff and stakeholders can purchase tickets online.
