1. Players must be in Ontario, 18 years or older, and use cash, a major credit card, or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must be in Ontario at the time of Purchase. 

2. Tickets will be available online and in venue and sold at a rate of:

     - 1 FOR $5.00

     - 3 FOR $10.00

     - 10 FOR $20.00

     - 50 FOR $50.00

3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale until the raffle closes.

4. Ticket sales will begin July 9, 2026 at 9:00:00am

5. Ticket sales will end September 15, 2026 at 11:59:59pm

6. The winner will receive 50% of the total gross ticket sales for the draw.

7. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO-registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate. Directors, secretaries, and General Managers of the Arnprior, Cobden & Renfrew Agricultural Societies cannot purchase ticket(s) for the raffle.

9. No refunds will be offered.

10. The winner will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.

11. If the winner is not at the venue and purchased tickets online, we will contact the winner with the contact information they provided us. The winner will pick up their prize at our office located at 43 Astrolabe Rd, Cobden, ON, K0J1K0, or we will deliver the prize to the winner.

12. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed, if the prize has not been claimed, it will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

13. Anyone directly involved in the conduct of the lottery is not eligible to purchase tickets.
