2026 ADVENTURE RAFFLE
OFFICIAL RULES & PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS

RAFFLE RULES
1. The Central Alberta Humane Society (CA Humane) Adventure Raffle is conducted pursuant to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) Licence #783097.
2. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Tickets will be sold online through the approved Rafflebox electronic raffle platform.
4. Ticket packages are:
• 1 Ticket for $5
• 3 Tickets for $10
• 15 Tickets for $20
• 50 Tickets for $50
5. The maximum number of tickets available for sale is:
• 400 @ 1 for $5
• 900 @ 3 for $10
• 3,750 @ 15 for $20
• 10,000 @ 50 for $50
6. Tickets will be issued electronically and delivered to the purchaser by email.
7. Ticket sales are final except where refunds are permitted in accordance with Rafflebox policies and applicable AGLC requirements.
8. Draws will be conducted using the approved Random Number Generator (RNG) within the Rafflebox platform.
9. Draws will take place at:
Central Alberta Humane Society
4505 – 77 Street
Red Deer, Alberta T4P 2J1
10. Winning ticket numbers may be published on CA Humane's website, social media channels, and through Rafflebox.
11. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted, CA Humane will retain the prize for a period of three (3) months from the draw date. Any unclaimed prize will be handled in accordance with AGLC requirements.
13. If a winning ticket includes more than one name, the prize will be awarded to the individual identified as the primary ticket holder. CA Humane and AGLC are not responsible for disputes between individuals named on a ticket.
14. CA Humane reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make the original prize unavailable.
15. Employees, Board Members, and immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or win prizes.
16. Four separate prize draws will be conducted. Once a ticket number has won a prize, that ticket number will be removed from the remaining draws and cannot win an additional prize.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTION
Employees, Board Members, and immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or win prizes.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
• All prizes must be accepted as awarded.
• Prizes have no cash surrender value unless otherwise specified by the prize donor.
• Winners are responsible for arranging prize pickup unless otherwise specified.
• Additional donated items may be added to prize packages prior to the applicable draw date.
• CA Humane reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
