Raffle Rules 50/50

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or a Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

- All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online via Rafflebox, and we reserve the right to offer in-person ticket sales at special events.

The Prize will be 50% of ticket sales each month.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $10.00, 3 for $20.00, 10 for $50

4) Draws will take place on January 8, 2026, February 8, 2026, March 8, 2026, April 8, 2026, May 8, 2026, June 8, 2026, July 8, 2026, August 8, 2026, September 8, 2026, October 8, 2026, November 8, 2026, December 7, @ 10:00am EST.

5) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email. There will only be one draw, no subsequent draws after that.

6) Draw results will be announced on Facebook, Instagram, and Newsletter

7) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Bethesda House of Mercy to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

8) The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

9) The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.

Winners have at least 6 months from the date the prize was awarded to claim the prize. At the end of the six-month period the total amount of the prize held in trust, including interest, or the value of a merchandise prize equal to the manufacturer's suggested retail price, must be included by the licensee in the gross proceeds of the lottery event.

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.
