BERRY CREEK AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY RAFFLE RULES

1) Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

2) Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $5 –20,000 tickets available

• 4 for $10 – 40,000 tickets available

• 15 for $20 – 225,000 tickets available

• 50 for $50-400,000 tickets available

3) Ticket sales will end on July 26, 2025 at 8:00 PM MST with the draw taking place on July 26, 2024 at 9:00 PM MST at 232 1ST Ave, Pollockville, AB T0J2L0

4) The winner(s) will receive:

• First Draw - 50% of ticket sales.

5) The winner will be determined by a random draw utilising a certified AGLC ERS providers (Rafflebox Technologies Inc.) random number generator. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. An email confirmation with your ticket numbers will be provided after purchase. Tickets will be emailed to the purchaser.

6) The draw will be performed in person at the Location noted above in Point 3. Attendance is not mandatory to win.

7) Draw results will be announced on social media, as well as emailed to our players and participating organizations.

8) By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

9)Winners have ninety (90) days from the draw date to claim their prize. If a prize winner cannot be located or contacted, Berry Creek Agricultural Society will secure or place in safekeeping the unclaimed prize for a period of ninety (90) days. If at that time the prize has not been claimed, the prize will be used as gaming proceeds for Berry Creek Agricultural Society, upon AGLC approval.

10) If a purchaser wishes to request a refund for their tickets they must email joannapeake@hotmail.com with their ticket numbers and refund request prior to the draw closing. No refunds will be provided after the draw closes.

12) If there are more than 1 name on the winning ticket drawn, the prize will be awarded to the first name written on the ticket stub. Neither Berry Creek Agricultural Society nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes between the individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub

13) In the event of a power outage or other technical disruption affecting the online raffle platform, the raffle will be temporarily suspended to ensure fairness and integrity. The organizer will assess the situation. All entries received prior to the outage will remain valid, and no additional entries will be accepted until the system is fully restored.

14) All members of the Berry Creek Agricultural Society are permitted to purchase tickets in this raffle.
