Bathurst Festival Commission Raffle Rules
1. Players must be individuals, 19 years of age or older and must reside in New Brunswick. Credit cards used for payment must have a New Brunswick address.
2. Tickets will be available online and sold at the following rates:
○ 1 for $10
○ 3 for $20
○ 20 for $50
○ 50 for $100
3. Ticket sales will begin on April 20, 2026 and end on April 3, 2027.
4. Draws will take place at 1750 Connolly Avenue on the following dates:
○ May 17, 2026
○ June 17, 2026
○ July 17, 2026
○ August 17, 2026
○ September 17, 2026
○ October 17, 2026
○ November 17, 2026
○ December 17, 2026
○ January 17, 2027
○ February 17, 2027
○ March 17, 2027
5. Each ticket purchased is eligible only for the draw(s) occurring after the date of purchase.
6. The winner of each draw will receive a cash prize equal to 50% of the total ticket sales for that draw period.
7. Winners will be determined by a random draw using Rafflebox RNG (Random Number Generator) software.
8. Winners will be contacted by phone and email. Draw results will also be announced on official Bathurst Festival Commission social media platforms.
9. Winners have 90 days from the draw date to claim their prize.
10. If a prize is not claimed within 90 days, the prize funds will be allocated to the Bathurst Festival Commission’s approved charitable purposes in accordance with licensing requirements. A redraw will not be conducted.
11. At the conclusion of the licence period, a final draw will be conducted (if required) to ensure all prize funds are awarded and no funds are carried forward.
12. By participating, players consent to the publication of their name, winning number, and community.
13. Any changes to the lottery, house rules, draw dates, or times must be approved by Gaming Control and Licensing Services prior to implementation.
14. Individuals involved in the conduct and management of the raffle, including those responsible for the draw, are not eligible to purchase tickets for the draw(s) in which they are involved. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw process are eligible to participate.
