1.Eligibility
• The raffle is open to individuals 18 years of age or older and reside in Ontario at the time of ticket purchase.
• Tickets must not be purchased in the name of a minor.
• Anyone directly involved in the conduct of the raffle are not eligible to win.
2. Ticket Sales
• Tickets are sold online through Ra9lebox Technologies Inc. via a secure, mobile-friendly platform.
• Ticket pricing is as follows:
o 1 ticket for $5
o 3 tickets for $10
o 20 tickets for $20
• Ticket sales will begin on May 1st at 12:00am EST and end on December 15th at 11:59pm EST.
3. Prize
• The winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales revenue raised during the raffle period.
• The other 50% will support our organization's capital campaign for our new building and any renovations that need to take place as a result of our move.
4. Draw Process
• The winning ticket number will be selected electronically by a certified random
number generator (RNG) provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc.
• The draw will take place on December 16th at 10:00am at The Centre for Dreams.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
• The winner’s name and winning ticket number will be posted on The Centre for Dreams website and/or social media platforms.
• The winner must provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to claim the prize.
• The winner will have 6 months from the date of the draw to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within that period, it will be handled in accordance with AGCO regulations.
• With the purchase of a ticket, the purchaser agrees to allow The Centre for Dreams to use the purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future ra:le.
6. General Conditions
• All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• The Centre for Dreams and Ra:lebox Technologies Inc. are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity or platform outages that may affect the ability to purchase tickets.
• The raffe is conducted under the terms and conditions of the license issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
• Ontario Problem Gambling Helpline - Call 1-888-230-3505 for information about problem gambling treatment resources in Ontario.
