Every ticket holder has the right to witness the draw.
Prize must be claimed in 30 days. The winner will then have 60 days after confirming their win to pick up the prize from River Valley Powersports . Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement not responsible for delivering prize. Any prizes that remain unclaimed after 30 days will be retained by Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement.
Must be a resident of Manitoba or physically located in Manitoba in order to purchase tickets.
Winner will be responsible for all costs associated to picking up the prize, or arranging delivery.
Winner will be contacted via phone number provided at time of purchase. If unable to reach the winner by phone, a second attempt will be made via email.
Winner must provide photo ID as well as complete documentation to transfer ownership of the prize to their name in order to claim the prize.
