Raffle License # 777173 rules include the following:

a) Raffle tickets will not be sold to a person under 18 years of age.

b) Tickets will be sold through the online platform Rafflebox. No cash sales available.

c) Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.

d) Tickets will be available starting April 6 2026.

e) No refunds on ticket purchases.

f) The Provost and District Agricultural Society has no restrictions on Provost and District Agricultural Society members, executive, raffle chairperson or their families, in buying tickets.

g) There is no limit on number of tickets a person can purchase.

h) Tickets (total of 1000 available) will be sold (thru Rafflebox) as follows:

  1 for $20 x 1000 = $20000

i) Draw date will be July 18, 2026 at the Provost Agriplex and Curling Rink

j) There are four prizes:

PRIZE #1- $4000 cash prize

PRIZE #2 – $2500 cash prize

PRIZE #3 – $1000 cash prize

PRIZE #4 - $1000 cash prize

k) Rafflebox will be the Electronic Raffle System and Random Number Generator supplier for this raffle.

l) The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG) (Rafflebox).

m) The winner will be notified by a phone call and/or an email. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning number published.

n) Advertising of the raffle will take place through the Provost & District Agricultural Society Facebook page, various social media forms. The winner will be announced through the same.

o) Pickup of the prizes will be the responsibility of the winner. From a Society Member in the Provost Area
