Loaves and Fishes Nanaimo is proud to partner with Nanaimo’s top restaurants and culinary artisans to present 8 extraordinary culinary experiences. From private in-home chef service to renowned multi-course restaurant dinners and handcrafted local desserts and chocolates, these prizes showcase the very best our community has to offer — all in support of our mission to tackle food insecurity across Vancouver Island.

Loaves & Fishes serves more than 15,000 people in 40 communities, including 15 Indigenous communities, providing food free of charge. As the Food Banks BC National Hub for Vancouver Island since 2016, we source food through local, regional, and national partnerships, and our fleet travels more than 10,000 km per month to distribute food where it’s needed most. We do this through:

Free food markets in Nanaimo, Cedar, Port Hardy, Port McNeill, Woss, Sointula, and Port Alice — open to all.

Supplying more than 100 community partners, including charities, schools, food banks, and Indigenous communities.

All proceeds will go directly to Loaves and Fishes, minus applicable credit card and Rafflebox administration fees.
