YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre is a cutting-edge police museum where crime prevention and community policing are at the heart of everything we do. Through our partnership with the Calgary Police Service, we research, educate and deliver crime prevention education. YouthLink Calgary helps youth and adults tackle emerging issues on Safe for Life topics including gang prevention, drug prevention, online safety and understanding healthy relationships. Our school crime prevention programs target grade 6 students as this is a key age to provide them with knowledge to navigate the pressures ahead. These programs provide them with tools and strategies to help make life’s difficult decisions. Our Safe for Life crime prevention education is coupled with a visit to our forensics lab. As part of the grade 6 curriculum, we spark curiosity and inspire a love of science. Our police museum is open to the public year-round where we host everything from true crime nights to summer camps and birthday parties! YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre is a non-profit, proudly funded by the Calgary Police Youth Foundation.
