All proceeds raised from this raffle will be designated to the following charities:

• Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association of Northern Alberta is committed to robust advocacy efforts, tirelessly working to enhance the lives of individuals and families affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus.

• Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association of Southern Alberta is dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by spina bifida and hydrocephalus through advocacy, education, and the provision of resources.

WESTJET Flight Rules

You could win one (1) roundtrip flight for two (2) guests to any regularly scheduled WestJet destination*!

Things to know about the gift of flight*:

• Fees, taxes, and surcharges are the responsibility of guests traveling and must be paid for at the time of booking with a valid credit card. Does not include optional fees such as checked baggage or cabin upgrades.

• Valid on any regularly scheduled WestJet marketed and operated flight. Voucher is not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations’ packages, flights operated by Swoop, interline, code share or charter flights.

• All bookings and travel must be completed within one year from the date of the event.

• Voucher is limited and subject to promotional space availability of eligible fare options and flight schedule. Not all flights have promotional space.

• Flights must be roundtrip to and from the same locations. All guests must travel together on the same itinerary, dates and flights.

• Voucher cannot be used on some dates, including statutory holidays and peak travel dates.

1. Foundation: The WestJet Gift of Flight Raffle shall be conducted by the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Northern Alberta pursuant to a Raffle license (AGLC- 778382) from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (“AGLC”) and in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada, Alberta Gaming and Liquor Act and Regulations, AGLC Policy, AGLC Raffle Terms and Conditions, and the terms of the Raffle Prize Services Agreement between the Foundation and RaffleBox. (the “Service Provider”).

2. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

3. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10 – 500 tickets available

• 5 for $25 – 1400 tickets available

• 20 for $50 – 2000 tickets available

• 100 for $100 – 3000 tickets available

4. Draw will be made online using a Random Generator System through Raffle Box.

5. Ticket sales will end on July 1st, 2026 @ 11:59pm

6. There will be one draw: Winner will receive One roundtrip flight for two guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet Destinations. Winner will be announced July 2nd, 2026 @ 11:00am.

All applicable fees (such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third-party fees, taxes or charges) are the sole responsibility of the bearer of the ticket.

• Tickets are not transferable, not refundable and not redeemable for cash. Frequent flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted.

• Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to WestJet for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions

of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.

7. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw

8. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

10. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.

11. If a winner has been notified by telephone and/or email and/or registered mail and the prize is not claimed within 90 days, the SBHANA will contact the AGLC for permission to re draw the prize.

12. Cancellation: The Foundation may rescind, cancel, amend, or revoke the Raffle, subject to the prior approval of AGLC. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Foundation reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle and/or these Official Rules, in whole or in part and without notice, if the Foundation determines that fraud or technical or other failures have threatened or destroyed the integrity of the Raffle.
