1.
All tickets will be sold only to people who are
18 years of age or older.

Tickets will be sold online using the electronic
lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
3.
The lottery date below will occur in the
Province of Ontario: Ticket Sales - Starting at 12pm Friday, April 8, 2022 until Sunday May 8, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Grand-prize draw to take place
on Sunday, May 8th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The winning prize will be half of
the sales.
4.
Tickets are: 1 for $10; 3 for $20; 8 for $50, 20
for $100
5.
After buying, patrons will be provided by the
sellers with a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random
Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated
randomly.
6.
The winning ticket number will be selected by a
Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the
draw.
7.
The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based
on the number and value of tickets purchased. This information will be updated
on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SandyPinesWildilfeCentre
and our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/sandypineswildlife/
8.
The winning number will be featured on our
Facebook, Instagram https://www.facebook.com/SandyPinesWildilfeCentre,
https://www.instagram.com/sandypineswildlife/
and www.sandypineswildlife.org after each draw (10:00am EST,); additionally,
the winner will be contacted via telephone and/or e-mail per the information
they submit at time of online purchase.
9.
Upon verification of the winner’s identity and
age, via a scan of a valid provincial or federal photo identification card
(i.e., driver’s license, passport, etc.), the winner will be sent payment by
cheque. All payments will be made by cheque.
10.
The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which
to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
11.
Once the certified winner is verified, and
provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the
amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for
that game. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds
will be held until such identification can be provided.
12.
The winner’s name will be broadcast/posted on
our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SandyPinesWildilfeCentre,
our Instagram https://www.instagram.com/sandypineswildlife/
as well as our website www.sandypineswildlife.org
13.
In the event attempts to contact the winner are
unsuccessful, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held
for 6 months. After that time has lapsed the prize will be donated to a charity
other than Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre, with the approval of the Alcohol and
Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
14.
Employees of Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre are
prohibited to purchase tickets and/or win the grand prize for this raffle.
15.
The above set of rules will be posted on the
website the Rafflebox – Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre -50/50 page and may be
downloaded (pdf) or printed from that site.
