1. Players must physically be in the province of Alberta at time of purchase, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.  

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

3. Early Bird ticket sales will end on November 28, 2025 at 12:00PM with the draw taking place at YWCA Edmonton 10402 124 Street NW on November 28, 2025 at 1:00PM 

4. Grand Prize ticket sales will end on December 10, 2025 at 11:59PM with the draw taking place at YWCA Edmonton 10402 124 Street NW on December 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

7. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox).  A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw **

8. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published. 

10. Members of the YWCA Edmonton Executive Leader Team are not eligible to purchase tickets. 

11. All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued to anyone for any reason. All tickets purchased and for which the raffle numbers on those respective tickets are entered into the draw cannot be refunded, including if a ticket purchaser made an error in selecting the number of tickets they desire to purchase. Ticket purchasers must fully complete their purchase to receive tickets. All online purchases are subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with the website terms of use and privacy policy.
