New Waterford & District Community Center opened in Feb 1974. 

It is still one of the only Arenas run by a Board Of Directors and supported by the town and surrounding communities.

A multi purpose building with the New Waterford Sports Hall of Fame located upstairs.

The only large facility in town which can support large events in the summer.
