Nutrition Education and Community Outreach (NECO) is a student advocacy group at the University of Manitoba, and offers knowledge, information and support to the U of M and Winnipeg communities.
This year we are hosting a “Working With our Community” fundraising virtual raffle event. This event highlights the importance of building relationships with our community and local businesses.
For NECO's first-ever Fundraising Raffle, we will be donating the funds to support the West Central Women's Resource Centre to help support programs like their Meal Programs, Hygiene giveaways and other services and programs they host to the community.

NECO Fundraiser Raffle 2022 - Rules
1. No one under the age of eighteen (18) can purchase tickets or win prizes
2. Tickets will be sold at the following price points:
• $2.00 CAD for one (1) ticket ($1.71 CAD donation)
• $8.00 CAD for five (5) tickets ($1.43/ea. CAD donation)
• $14.00 CAD for ten (10) tickets ($1.17/ea. CAD donation)
• Tickets are priced with a 10% +$0.10 adjustment in order to recoup costs of processing fees
3. The prizes will be drawn in the following order:

4. Raffle will be hosted online, and drawing will be live on Zoom (or another live webbased video host)
5. Winning tickets will only be drawn once and not replaced with further draws
6. Winners will be announced on our social channels, and website. Winners will be contacted via email or telephone (in the case of no response)
7. NECO will be responsible for contacting prize winners, and distribution of prizes at the conclusion of the event
8. Funds (after associated fees) will be allocated by NECO and donated to a charitable organization of choice at the conclusion of the event
