Leduc Santa’s Helpers Society is excited to announce the launch of our
2021 Raffle fundraiser!
The prize payout has a potential Maximum $10,000 prize awarded to the prize winner.
Please consider supporting our efforts to help families in need this
Christmas season by purchasing a ticket that could put up to $10,000 in
your pocket just in time for the holidays!
We are a needs-based, non-profit, volunteer organization that provides
Christmas food & toy hampers for Leduc families with children. Our vision
is that every family, regardless of personal circumstance has a Merry
Christmas.
The winner will be contacted to claim their prize payout.

2021 Raffle Rules & Regulations
AGLC License #580668
1) TICKETS:
(a) 13,370 Total Tickets are available in the following packages:
(i) Series A: 1 ticket for $10 30 packages
(ii) Series B: 4 tickets for $20 135 packages
(iii) Series C: 20 tickets for $50 140 packages
(iv) Series D: 100 tickets for $100 100 packages
(b) Tickets will be sold until end of day, Sunday, December 5, 2021 or all ticket
packages are sold out – whichever comes first.
(c) A minimum of 6,700 tickets must be sold before November 15
th. If 6,700
tickets are not sold by that date, Leduc Santa’s Helpers Society reserves the
right to contact AGLC & ask for extensions on sales & draw dates.
(d) All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered
Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) – Rafflebox. A physical ticket will not be
mailed out for this draw.
2) ELIGIBILITY:
(a) Players must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Alberta
(b) Tickets must be purchased using a Major Credit card, Visa Debit or
Mastercard Debit.
(c) Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.
(d) By playing you consent to having your name and winning number published.

5) DRAW PROCEEDURES:
The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor
Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number
Generator (RNG)
6) THE PRIZE:
The prize is 50% of the gross revenue from all tickets sold. The prize payout is a potential Maximum $10,000 prize awarded to the prize winner.
(a) Chances of winning is dependent on the number of tickets sold.
(b) A maximum of 13,370 tickets can be sold under this license.
7) WINNER NOTIFICATION:
(a) The winning ticket number will be posted on www.LeducSantasHelpers.ca
(b) Draw results will appear under the “Winners” tab found on the main raffle
page.
(c) The prize winner will be notified via phone & email.
(d) The prize winner will have 30 days to claim the prize.
(e) The prize will be paid by check & either picked up or mailed to the winner.
(f) In the event the winner does not claim the prize in 30 days, an alternate prize
winner will be drawn, notified as above & have 30 days to claim the prize.
8) TICKET REFUNDS:

a) Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
b) No refund will be considered after the draw is made.
c) Refunds will be issued by check and may take up to 4 weeks to process.
9) USE OF PROCEEDS:
All proceeds (after allowable expenses) will be used to purchase food to be included in
the Christmas hampers for Leduc families in need.
10) LEGISLATION:
This raffle is conducted within the province of Alberta & is compliant with AGLC rules.
