• Garafraxa Village, Fergus – A 32-unit stacked townhome community providing safe, affordable homes for families in need. Families will begin moving in this fall, marking a huge step toward a more stable future.
• The Speedvale Build Centre, Guelph – A new hub for community Build Days and housing education. This centre will be a beacon of hope, with plans to house 30 families in the coming years and bring the community together to build affordable housing solutions.
