Draw Procedures:

Buying periods will be varied through the season and last at least one week up to three weeks maximum time • Draws will not overlap with live events • Winning number will be randomly selected from the ticket numbers generated and sold online • The winning ticket will be drawn at Noon of the assigned closing day

Draw Restrictions & Guidelines:

• Tickets cannot be purchased by the staff member(s) responsible for conducting the ticket draw of any given game.

• No minimum number of tickets sold is required prior to the draw being conducted, tickets will be sold for the duration of the sale period until the specified draw time.

• No draw extensions will be granted.

• The winning number will be announced a minimum of (3) times through email and social media; the winning ticket holder will have a minimum of 1 week to claim their prize.

• If necessary, subsequent draw for a winning number will take place after 1 week until a winner claims the prize with a valid ticket.

• Patrons should retain their ticket until a winner is identified.

• If a winner is not found during the event, the winning ticket number to claim that cash prize will be posted for a period of 90 calendar days.

• If a winner for a cash prize does not come forward after the 90-calendar day period the cash prize will be donated to a charity of choice approved by the AGFT.

• One (1) cash prize of 50% ticket sales will be awarded for any given game to the person in possession of the winning ticket number.

• Remaining portion of the prize will be awarded to the following charities: United Way, Brigadoon Village, Extra Time Society (funds Smilezone at IWK and other local soccer projects) and local Youth Soccer Clubs
