Powered by Calgary and area REALTORS®, the CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation is a charitable organization that supports local non-profits to create new housing, keep people housed and improve housing quality. When you purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket, you help provide housing and shelter to those who need it the most.
All proceeds to the Foundation will go to local non-profit organizations who provide housing and shelter solutions as part of their operating mandate. Now, more than ever, we need to band together. Help provide shelter to our communities’ most vulnerable by purchasing a ticket today.
Prize: Cash – the winner takes half the pot.

CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation Raffle Rules
1. Players must reside in Alberta and tickets must be exclusively purchased and sold in Alberta.
2. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets and use a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Billing Address.
3. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
- 50 @ 1 FOR $10
- 225 @ 3 FOR $20
- 200 @ 10 FOR $50
- 500 @ 25 FOR $100
4. The winner will receive a minimum cash prize of $1,000 or 50% of ticket sales (whichever is greater) up to a maximum of $2,500.
5. Ticket sales will end on Jan. 26, 2021 at Midnight. (MT).
6. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
7. Tickets will be sent electronically through email and a hard copy will be mailed to the recipient’s mailing address.
8. The draw will take place on Feb. 1, 2021 at Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®), 300 Manning Road NE, Calgary, AB.
9. CREB® staff are not eligible to
win. If a winning ticket is purchased by a staff member, a new ticket will be
pulled.
