CHATS is a not-for-profit organization, advocating for and delivering a full spectrum of high-quality, person-centred home and community services. Currently providing services to over 8,500 older adults and caregivers across York Region and South Simcoe. From personal care and transportation to safety supports, healthy aging information and more. By making it easier to access and coordinate supports, CHATS is committed to helping older adults live best at home and in their communities.

Funds raised by this raffle will help support programs and services such as home and community care, personal support, hospital to home transitions, Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Programs, transportation and more. Allowing us to maintain our mission that older adults deserve the right to age with dignity in their own homes with familiar surroundings that provide comfort.
