Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s mission is to end cystic fibrosis (CF). We will help all people living with cystic fibrosis by funding targeted world-class research, supporting and advocating for high-quality individualized cystic fibrosis care and raising and allocating funds for these purposes. We have made tremendous progress over the years, but we are determined to go further for all Canadians living with CF.
