1. Players must be individuals, must reside in Nova Scotia, 19 years or older, and use a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

2. The 50/50 draw tickets will be sold using online software and will be delivered to the buyer’s stated email address.

3. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket buyer to ensure that they receive the correct number of tickets based on the successful financial transaction with the online 50/50 software. For any ticket purchase discrepancies, please call The Colchester East Hants Health Centre foundation at (902) 893-5541 ext. 2. The office is open Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm for all inquiries. 

4. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

·       1 for $5

·       3 for $10

·       20 for $20

·       100 for $50

·       250 for $100

5. Raffle Draws: Ticket sales will end on the Monday before the draw date at 11:59pm, with the draws taking place on Tuesdays at 9:30am, at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation, 600 Abenaki Rd, Truro, NS. First draw date is Tuesday, December 22^nd; subsequent draws will happen bi-weekly, with the final draw date being November 23, 2021

6. Early Bird Draws: Applicable to the first four draws only, and winners will be drawn one week prior to regular bi-weekly draws. Prizing consists of a $500 Charm Diamond gift card. Early Bird ticket sales will end on the Monday before the draw date at 11:59pm, with the draws taking place on Tuesdays at 9:30am at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation, 600 Abenaki Rd, Truro, NS. Early Bird draw dates are December 15 & 29, 2020, and January 12 & 26, 2021

7. The winner will receive a cheque prize equal to half the total gross revenue and a designer handbag valued at a minimum value of $100.

8. The winner will be determined by a random draw. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

9. Draw results will be announced on Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation’s Facebook and Instagram, as well as via email to our players and participating organizations.

10. By playing you consent to having your name, winning number and community published.

11. Employees and current Board Members of the Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation and excluded individuals (individuals contracted to perform administrative, financial and/or fundraising tasks) and any person residing in the same household, are not eligible to receive prizes.
