1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

2. 50/50 tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

100 for $100 - 60 packages available
20 for $50 - 78 packages available
4 for $20 - 240 packages available
1 for $10 - 30 packages available

3. Ticket sales will end on, August 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM with the draw taking place at the 123 Bow Meadows Cres, Canmore, Alberta at 10:00 AM on September 1, 2022.

4. The 50/50 winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $7,500.

5. Ticket sales are final.

6. The winners will be determined by a random draw utilizing a certified AGLC ERS provider's (Rafflebox's) random number generator. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. An email confirmation with your ticket numbers will be provided after purchase.

7. Winners will be contacted by phone and email. Winners have 90 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if a prize goes unclaimed.

8. Draw results will be posted on the Bow Valley SPCA website.

9. By playing you consent to having your name, winning numbers published.

10. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.
