Alberta Police Curling Association Team Moore

Greetings, 
We are Team Alberta (Gary MOORE) of the Alberta Police Curling Association, and we curl out of the Avonair Curling Club in Edmonton, Alberta. The Team consists of two Edmonton Police Officers (EPS), two Royal Canadian  Mounted Police Officers (RCMP) and one Peterborough Police Service Officer. We won the Alberta Provincial Playdowns that were played on January 14 & 15, 2023 in Innisfail, Alberta. We will be representing Alberta at the upcoming Canadian Police Curling Championship, which is being held in Levis, Quebec, April 1-9, 2023 at the Etchemin Curling Club. 

The Canadian Police Curling Association is celebrating its 68th Anniversary this year and in past years our association has donated many thousands of dollars towards the Special Olympics. However, for the last 15 years, the Alberta and Canadian Police Curling Associations have chosen the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada as the organization that we will be supporting. Donations will be made to the T.S.F.C. from any proceeds that these championships raise. 

Team MOORE is very aware that your business may receive many requests for sponsorship throughout the year and we appreciate that you cannot support everyone, however we would ask that you kindly consider donating. Your donation will assist our Team as we will have to fund out Team Alberta jerseys, jackets, as well as travel and accomodations to Levis, Quebec (Canadian Police Curling Championship), the the ten-day event.
