Following our successful Summer 50/50, the Alberta SPCA is pleased to announce our New Year's 50/50 to help Alberta’s animals! Our biggest jackpot yet, with the winner taking home up to $100,000 (minimum prize of $40,000).
Your 50/50 ticket purchase today helps our Animal Protection Services investigate thousands of cases of animals in distress each year ensuring that our Peace Officers can take action to improve thousands of animals’ lives.
In addition to protecting Alberta’s animals, your purchase ensures that we can continue delivering education programs encouraging Albertans young and old to show respect for animals, people and the environment—every living thing.
Our One Family Welfare department also relies on your support to provide temporary care for pets belonging to Albertans in crisis who have no other safe place for their pets to go. When a life crisis affects a pet owner, their companion animal is likely to feel the effects too. Extending compassion to both humans and animals is integral in ensuring that all members of the family stay safe in times of crisis.
And she didn’t have very long to wait. Brandy’s celebrating this Christmas in her new home, all thanks to neighbours who watched out for her, and thanks to the generosity of Albertans like you who help animals like this every day by supporting the Alberta SPCA.
