JULY 2026
1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
3. The lottery will occur in the Province of Ontario.
4. Draw Schedule: The grand prize draw will take place on the FIRST BUSINESS DAY of the month at
11:00:00 am, with tickets sales ending the day prior at 11:59:59 pm.
Early Bird Draws in July 2026:
Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at 11:00 am: $250
Friday, July 10th, 2026 at 11:00 am: $500
Friday, July 17th, 2026 at 11:00 am: $750
Friday, July 24th, 2026 at 11:00 am: $500
Friday, July 31st, 2026 at 11:00 am: $500
*Tickets drawn for the Early Bird prizes will be included in the Grand Prize draw.
5. Tickets are: 5 for $10; 30 for $20; 150 for $50; 300 for $75; 500 for $100
6. After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a
Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
7. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery
numbers sold for the draw.
8. The winner may claim their prize by contacting the Geraldton District Hospital at 807-854-1862 ext: 102 or
jgoulet@geraldtondh.com. Winners’ names will also be posted on the Geraldton District Hospital Facebook
page. Once the winning ticket has been verified the winner will be paid by cheque for the amount posted on the
lottery website for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies.
All payments will be made by cheque.
9. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was
purchased for.
10. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number with picture identification.
11. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in
the amount of the declared prize which is 50 per cent (50%) of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot
provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
12. If no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six
months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to the Geraldton District Hospital with the
approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
13. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws: residents outside of Ontario OR
anyone under the age of 18.

3. La loterie aura lieu dans la province de l’Ontario.
4. Calendrier du tirage: le tirage du grand prix aura lieu le PREMIER JOUR OUVRABLE du mois à 11 h. La
vente de billets se termine la veille à 23 h 59.

Vendredi 3 juillet 2026 à 11 h: 250$
Vendredi 10 juillet 2026 à 11 h: 500$
Vendredi 17 juillet 2026 à 11 h: 750$
Vendredi 24 juillet 2026 à 11 h: 500$
Vendredi 31 juillet 2026 à 11 h : 500$
*Les billets tirés pour les tirages réservés aux inscriptions hâtives seront inclus dans le tirage
au sort du grand prix.
5. Les coûts des billets sont les suivants: 5 pour 10$; 30 pour 20$; 150 pour 50$; 300 pour 75$; 500 pour
100$.
6. Après l’achat, les participants recevront un reçu indiquant les numéros de leurs billets inscrits au tirage
50/50, qui auront été générés par un système de sélection aléatoire. Comme les numéros sont produits au
hasard, on ne peut pas demander de numéros précis.
7. Le numéro du billet gagnant sera choisi par un système générateur de numéros aléatoires parmi tous les
billets vendus pour le tirage.
8. Le gagnant peut réclamer son prix en communiquant avec l’Hôpital du district de Geraldton au 807 854-
1862, poste 102, ou à jgoulet@geraldtondh.com. Les noms des gagnants seront aussi affichés sur la page
Facebook de l’Hôpital du district de Geraldton. Une fois qu’on aura vérifié le billet, le gagnant recevra un
chèque au montant publié sur le site Web de la loterie pour le tirage en question. Les gagnants doivent fournir
le billet original et non une copie. Tous les paiements se feront par chèque.
9. Le détenteur du billet gagnant a six mois pour réclamer son prix à partir de la date du tirage pour lequel il a
acheté le billet.
10. Le gagnant doit fournir son nom, son adresse et son numéro de téléphone ainsi qu’une pièce d’identité
avec photo.
11. Une fois qu’on aura vérifié le numéro du billet gagnant et que le gagnant aura fourni une pièce d’identité
avec photo, il recevra un chèque au montant du prix déclaré, lequel équivaut à 50 % du total des ventes pour
le tirage en question. Si le gagnant ne peut pas produire de pièce d’identifié avec photo, l’Hôpital conservera
les fonds jusqu’à ce que le gagnant lui fournisse une telle pièce.
12. Si personne ne réclame le prix, le numéro du billet gagnant sera conservé dans les dossiers en lieu sûr
pendant six mois, après quoi on remettra le montant à l’Hôpital du district de Geraldton moyennant
l’approbation de la Commission des alcools et des jeux de l’Ontario (CAJO).
13. Les personnes suivantes n’ont pas le droit de participer à la loterie 50/50 : les résidents de l’extérieur de
l’Ontario OU les personnes de moins de 18 ans.
